Ploi normally does a great job of emailing me if a backup fails. I did an audit today and realised that a site hasn't backed up for a year. Turns out their server was full, and their backups are 6gb. The backups are stored in S3, but I guess it needs to do it on the server first and there wasn't space. The backup failed, but Ploi reports that it succeeded, and didn't email me.
