Yesterday, my database backups on a server all failed (due to low disk space). I received emails saying the backup had failed, and that 5 failures were allowed, with "0 made". (It should say "1 made").
But even though it was only a single failure, all backups appear to have been paused:
As it was only a single failure, I wouldn't have expected the backups to get paused.

Item authorNotice the "Status" says "Active", but there is a "Play" button indicating they are paused. Clicking the "Play", changes the "Active" status to "Paused", so something is out of sync.
Also note last backup date, they didn't backup last night (12th), so they do seem to be "Paused" and not "Active".
