When creating a website backup with zero downtime deployment, only a symbolic file is backed up. By adding "-deploy" at the end of the path, all folders within are backed up. I believe that the backup should only be run on top of the last deploy.
The trick of adding "-deploy" at the end works, but it triples the required space for backing up sites and adds additional nesting to the directory structure. This would be great to have handled automatically by Ploi :)
