Updating the Web directory of an existing site via GUI or API doesn't work.
In fact, the GUI will say that it has changed despite the real state on the server. Both site and server Logs won't say anything more than "Change site public directory".
Attempting this via API doesn't even output a message like it does when changing the domain for example.
