Could you please make it possible to update the PHP config values maneagable via GUI, via API too?
This also relates to a problem reported at https://roadmap.ploi.io/projects/7-bugs/items/718-gui-php-settings-only-affecting-fpm-and-not-cli-too, where updating the PHP config files directly via automation, these values are eventually overwritten by those of the GUI if (e.g.) another version of PHP is installed.
