Changing the 3 PHP settings via GUI only apply to the FPM config files while the CLI config files are not being updated and it causes confusion.
Also, if we edit the config files directly via some custom automation (because we want to update more parameters and not just the 3 in the GUI), unlike NGINX config changes that are picked up by the GUI, the PHP GUI has no clue. However, if we install another version of PHP, the GUI values will overwrite all FPM config files for all the installed PHP versions.

Agree, gui should be completed or we should be able to disable it. I have a script running constantly rebuilding php settings for my servers in ploi due to this...
GUI PHP settings only affects FPM and not the CLI config files too
