I'm coming back for this to try again to explain what the issue is.
Right now teams are built like an afterthought. They don't have access to projects, status pages, backups, etc.
Because of that we're using a single user to be able to do all that and this is a security issue.
Creating a multi tennant organisation that actually owns the accounts and has a central configuration and permissions would actually solve a lot of the issues we're currently having.
It would also make more sense to structure ploi like this (as a lot of other services do).
It would also open up charging a fee per user ... in addition to features.
This would also allow implementing features like SSO/SAML to ploi to streamline user management from a central identity service. When having more than 4-6 users it's really hard to keep track who's doing what.
Thanks.
