When API tokens are unused (Ploi tracks that variable), it might be useful to notify the user all together that it's being unused for safety reasons (why have an API key when it's never used?)

Have an unused_notified_at column in the tokens table if a token is not used for 6 months or more. Users get an email stating the token hasn't been used for a long while and they will be able to remove that token with a button in the email (linking to the api keys section).

You may use @ to mention someone.
