Sometimes on Node.js or Laravel there are custom logs that are needed, and adding them to the ploi console would be a great feature to have.

@Dennis Please consider to add an option to add any custom route for custom logs.
For example, for WordPress there is a debug log that can be located on different places so being able to add this to the custom location would be amazing.
Other examples are security custom nginx logs and others custom logs from our nginx custom config.

This would seriously be amazing. I have custom logging written for my app that writes to it its own logfile in the storage dir. To be able to specify that path in Ploi and be able to open that log from the panel would be LEGENDARY.
