Each time we add an SSL and check "Use DNS provider to request certificate" we need to select the provider. In my account I only have credentials for Cloudflare.
If only 1 credential (only one provider), the provider should be selected automatically.
In addition, in case of multiple, we should be able to select the default provider and load that one in the select.
A small feature, that will save time.
