Linking a Github repo on the server is not great, we have all those CI's now, like GitHub Actions, Circle CI, Bamboo ... we're not doing build on the server itself. Maybe we could support a simpler deployment configurations without git.

This should work for most purposes. It would be nice if we could manually trigger and action from GitHub to start the deploy, but I think this would require more work. It's perfect for now. Thanks Dennis!
