Sometimes, it happens that a user can mess up their permissions for their site. We've even seen the application do it itself.
That's what this card is for, have a "Fix permissions for me" button inside the manage or settings tab so you can fix the permissions back to default.
If that's on the ploi user, obviously use the ploi user for the permissions, but if it's on a system user, then use that.
