You mean when you click and setup the "I'll manage my own deployments", right?

@Dennis Yes! Currently still missing the edit env button on 'I'll manage my own deployments' sites.
Also noticed today that i am was missing that button on production sites that have a 'staging' website. but that issue seems gone.

We've indeed brought that back for production sites. Will look into sites without official git deployments.
