This certificate was installed a few days ago and is a Cloudflare origin server certificate and expires in 15 years. It seems like there is something funny going on here!

Yes there is. But that certificate itself is not served. At least not visibly since it’s a self-signed origin certificate. The visible certificate is a Cloudflare issued certificate.
