It would be nice to have, similarly to site deployment.
(currently, I have to manually click "deploy" on 2 queue servers when there is a new commit)

Item authorNot sure as I haven't used webhooks in Ploi before.
But currently, I can push the changes and my website will get updated. Ideally, it would be great to have the same behavior for queue server apps. (automatic deployment)
