So most of my proejcts have a staging (dev.submdomain) site and a production site. They are always in sync, as I take a local > staging > production deployment workflow. As a result the composer vulnerability insights are doubled up and duplicated, it would be useful to be able to disable the dev sites from scanning or creating insights, as these are all password protected access anyway. So I only care about the vulnerabilities in production sites.
