User Story

We have recently turned off a few of our Servers because we are going to get rid of them. For the next 3 Months we will still keep them and still have them in Ploi in case something was missed during the transition to our new infrastructure.

Ploi now lists the Servers as being offline (Good) However we sould love to add notes to them for everyone on our team to see and check why they might be offline. Servers already have "Server notes", I would like to add the information there why the server is offline, but ploi does not allow users to see these notes when the server is unreachable.

Feature Request

The Server notes should be displayed & editable on the "Server unreachable" page.

Alternatively to the Server notes there could also be a new action in the "Manage" section of the servers "Shutdown server" with a form asking the user for a "Shutdown reason" which is then displayed when the server is unreachable. A similar field could also be added to the "Restart server" action to be displayed in the Server logs as a "Restart reason".
