We already have this great server monitoring utility, it would be nice to see "per service" what their usage is.

I would love something like this. If a server becomes unresponsive and I reboot it, I would then be able to check the history in Ploi to identify the culprit. For example, I want to know not just that it ran out of memory, but also which service or process was using all the memory.
