If you type in the 2FA code (authenticator) and "quickly" hit Enter, you will end up with an error page.

It "auto-submits" after the last digit, so it seems like hitting Enter while it's already processing/loading, causes the issue.

Naturally, simply refresh, type in your password again, take it slowly and let it submit by itself, you are good to go.

@Dennis I‘m seeing this same behaviour (419 page expired) when using Safari’s autofill to input the verification code. The only workaround is to copy and paste the OTP code manually, which obviously defeats the point of having autofill. ;)
