Restarting a PM2 process fails to use updated settings

We're using Next and we've ran into a minor issue.

First bug
Steps to reproduce:

Set Start command to npx next start
Set Args to -p 3001
Check "Restart process after deployment"
Save the settings

Expected behavior: the process restarts with the new command and args
Actual behavior: the process doesn't restart

Second bug
Same as the first one, though if I click on the Restart process button on the General tab it's restarted, but it still doesn't use the updated settings.

Current solution
If I remove it, then spawn it again the correct settings are used.
