When attempting to restore a database backup, the process appears to be successful (success notification is shown), but it actually silently fails in the background.
Ploi system logs show the following:
Archive: /home/ploi/mydb-db-2026-04-22-115549.zip
inflating: /home/ploi/mydb-1776855349.sql
ERROR 1698 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost'
