first sites with Zero Downtime Deployment need some sort of weird syntax to work. like /ploi/home/my_site/. the final . is needed because else you backup a symlink rather than the site itself. but when you backup a path like this, Dropbox (at least) can't rotate the backups, so you end up with a massive list of backups that fill your Dropbox. that should be fixed.
