I requested this in Discord but figured here is better for these things.

Would it be possible to have sendinblue added via HTTP API? I know I can just use sendinblue SMTP, but the API is a bit more efficient. We already use sendinblue across several other projects, I would prefer not to add yet another transactional email provider if possible.
