Specify system user name in the popup dialog when deleting

In the "Are you sure?" dialog when deleting a system user we are being asked "Are you sure you want to delete this system user?".

Can that please be changed to specify the system user name? E.g: "Are you sure you want to delete the system user xyz?"

Something like this it is already done when deleting a database, e.g.: "Are you sure you want to delete the database xyz?"
