Add notes to backups

When I make a manual backup of database or files, it is often because I'm about to do something on dev/staging that might break the site.

Some other hosts that I use offer a brief text field that allows me to add a quick note or description to a backup, so I know why I made it and what state that backup would allow me to restore.

Since Ploi doesn't have a UI to view previous backups, I'm not sure how this could be implemented. But I would love the ability to describe or tag a manual backup with more information, so I can find the right backup if and when I need it.
