The backup interval options such as "Each night", or "Daily (every day at midnight)" are not according to users timezone. For example I created a database backup and set as Each Night, but it runs around 10:00 - 11:00 in my timezone (GMT+9).

Would love to see this moved up the priority order. It's super crucial for performance on servers in Australia - the backups are running in the middle of the day and we're seeing high CPU usage which isn't ideal.

Alternatively, allow users to specifically set a time for the backup to run.

Any updates on this? Having backups running during the middle of the day on international sites is a huge performance issue.

Merged Selectable Backup Days & .tar.gz Backups into this item \n\n Created by: Shawn \n\n Custom Backup Days: Allow users to select specific days of the week for automatic backups (e.g., Monday & Friday, or Sunday, Tuesday & Friday) instead of just daily/weekly presets.

Backup Compression: Add support for .tar.gz (gzip) compression for backups to reduce storage usage.
