The title speaks for itself;
There is a little box showing that there are no websites to be displayed when no websites are added to the status page. It would be cleaner that this whole box is not shown when no websites are added.

When you don't enable any websites for your status page, there is a message "There are no sites to be displayed here". But in my opinion it would look cleaner when this box is not there when you don't have enabled a website.
