Deploying server is strictly connected to email notifications. This means that is you are deploying server and Ploi is not able to deliver email about successful deployment it will always fail. This means that if you will have problem with mailserver you wont be able to deploy server. It will always fail on 89% or 93% if you dont install Ploi monitoring.
Remove connection between deployment and email deliverability
