When creating a site backup on a server using zero-downtime deployments, the backup path defaults to the site folder (e.g., /home/ploi/example.com). However, the resulting backup currently includes the entire deploy folder (e.g., /home/ploi/example.com-deploy), which contains multiple release versions.

As a result, the backup contains all existing deployments within the deploy folder instead of only the latest active release. This leads to unnecessarily large backups and defeats the purpose of backing up only the active site version.

Expected behavior: The backup for a zero-downtime site should include only the current active release (e.g., /home/ploi/example.com or /home/ploi/example.com-deploy/example.com/09082023_060612/), not the entire deploy folder with all previous releases.

Backup zero-downtime sites should back up only the current release
