It would be very nice to be able to view all daemons across all servers so that if needed I can restart them from a single place instead of needing to open a tab for each server and going through them that way.

How would you like to see this UI-wise? I'm against filling the sidebar with all of these kind of overviews (there's more suggestions to have different overviews).

Maybe tabs could be an option. The Backups screen also has tabs to switch between backup types maybe the Servers screen could have tabs to switch between different views like the "Overview" (current list of servers), "Daemons", and the others?

how about where you see the server list, an extra line which depicts service status denoted by icon colours. Something like...
