Add Docker + Optional nginx setup during server creation

Like the option provided in server type as server, it would be good if the docker server type can have optional server setup, I've had to destroy my servers multiple times just because docker was my first priority for the server setup but then I realised nginx is not available by default or under the manage section on the panel.

Also saw that under Manage > Services the description says "Manage system users or install phpMyAdmin." which has grown beyond just system users and phpMyAdmin so it'd be good to change it as well.
