Basic idea is to just show the same style list from the status page so users could quickly use the dropdown to see charts and keep an eye on servers while logging in to do other things. Otherwise, users must seek out the status information and may not be watching as much unless there is a problem.
Since status page is premium feature on unlimited plan, perhaps this may be too?
