The server and site configuration in Ploi can get pretty elaborate, e.g. with system users, tenants and custom nginx configs. All of this configuration will be gone with the server in the case of emergency. Setting a new server up the same way can be difficult, especially with custom nginx configs.

It would be great if there was a way to backup all Ploi-managed configuration per server. It could be a ZIP that contains nginx config files in plain text as well as JSON files for the rest of the configuration.

Those backups can then at least be used to restore the setup manually. In the future, automatic restore from such a ZIP could be implemented as well, but is not required in the first step.

This would be a great feature! I'd like to use ploi for a quite a few servers, but right now I need to document in every detail every change I make through the ploi interface, because there is no way to recreate a server with the same config as another one. There is cloning, but most of the time I don't want to clone a server, but build a new one with the config changes, I made on every other server.
