Allow to generate a LE certificate using DNS, but instead of connecting the DNS provider, allow to do this manually.

It should work like this free one: https://punchsalad.com/ssl-certificate-generator/

You click the button, Ploi will pass the user the code from LE to put on DNS, then click on "check" and then the certificate will be issued.

No need for downtime anymore!
