Just as you have the option to select a Deploy Script for Git or Custom sites, you could have the option to Deploy Script after installing WordPress sites.
This way it would be possible to configure a WordPress settings script, such as adding user or plugins in a simple way after installation.

You can, already, actually! Select "Manual deployments" after a site has been created. It will require you to manually install WordPress, but you can deploy after that.
