Fill this URL with your site's application URL to receive a notification whenever >your site is not returning a 200 or 300 status code after deployment. We will send an e-mail to your e-mail whenever a incorrect status code is returned.

But on which trigger, should we check it? The ones with repositories are checked after a deployment has been done.
