Adding a max-time field on the Queue workers, allowing it to auto-restart after a certain time.
Sometimes, we end up with workers that are stopped without knowing, which results in emails that are no longer sent and page cache that was not invalidated after content updates.
Using a max-time and auto-restart would prevent this in a certain way and also helps with potential memory leaks.
