It should not be that difficult, as those files are all on the root of the websites/apps and are common to any project or website.
In order of importance, Robots.txt and ads.txt go first, but I imagine that doing one will be the same as the others.

The idea is to give SEO and Marketing people access to those files but not to the core of the app or web, because they are not developers, so you do not want them to modify and touch everything else.
