ReSync Docker with manually created containers on CLI level

So @dennis, thought he could make some kind of resync button for this. So that manually created docker instances will be synced with Ploi. Think there should be some prerequstsis for this. Like they need to be created under the /home/ploi user and in their own directory like ploi normally deploys them.

So that the "name" in ploi can match the location on the system.
