It would be great if we could manage clamav from ploi. Like install it, and tell it which email to notify and when

Thank you for your suggestion, for now, we do not see any value in adding this. Of course, you can always manually install this, Ploi won't mind.
However we will be keeping this card for future reference, if it gets more upvotes and traction we will reconsider the suggestion.
