It would be nice to have an insight telling you about failed renewals.

Yes, but if possible group it like you do with PHP upgrades. If 50+ sites it would be easy to lose an overview if all seperate.

I just had a site go offline because of missing a renewal was failing. Because of Cloudflare external monitors also failed to pick it up. Although I couldn't find any failed renewal logs, but having an insight for a failed renewal and/or (almost) expiring certificate would be great.
