I would love to have the option of being able to install and manage PGBouncer config from the admin panel. Connection issues are the biggest issue I have faced with scaling my app, so I had to install PGBouncer (https://github.com/pgbouncer/pgbouncer). This comes out of the box in Digital Ocean Managed Databases: https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/databases/postgresql/how-to/manage-connection-pools/. I think this would be a great feature and would attract people who are daunted by setting it up. I was daunted initially, and that's why I went to DO. But I wanted the flexibility of having my own database so I went back to using a DB server on Ploi, and set up PGBouncer (which turned out not to be too difficult to set up in the end anyway).

Hi! 👋

Thank you for your suggestion, for now, we do not see any value in adding this. Obviously, if you need this you can always manually set this up if applicable.

However we will be keeping this card for future reference, if it gets more upvotes and traction we will reconsider the suggestion.
