These are available through Vultr but not through the Ploi server list, I think they were removed at some point and recently added back. It looks like the $2.50/mo plan is IPv6 only though.
These plans have too little memory (512MB). You need at least 1024MB to run all the services properly that Ploi installs for you.
Consider adding Vultr $2.50/mo and $3.50/mo VPS plans
