Add account/team wide option to save system users mysqlpassword in .my.cnf

It would be nice if duyring system setup, .my.cnf files are created in root and ploi users home dir allowing them to log in to mysql without password promp, files should look like this, where password is the sql users password

[client] user=root/ploi password="your_actual_password"

this enables th users to run mysldump, mysql cli client etc. without specifying user and entering password.

might be nice to have also when a optional dedicated system user is created for webapp to assign that user the webapps db user in the same way
