Would be great to have this in the CP.
Ploi supports Meilisearch, but we've found this far too slow when it comes to indexing and it's not production-ready in our opinion.

Merged Support for Typesense Server into this item \n\n Created by: António Azevedo \n\n It would be great if Ploi supported Typesense as it supports Meilisearch server creation, since they are both popular open-source search solutions.
