Currently when enabling OPcache via API works as long as this is not enabled. However, when this is already enabled, it outputs an error which fails automation scripts.

The given data was valid, is the API that didn't know what to do with it.

Ideally the API call should simply output the state if OPcache (and anything like that for that matter) is already enabled, without Stderr.
