It'd be great if there was a Mattermost notification channel. Mattermost is compatible with Slacks formatting format, so this should be very easy.
Alternatively it would be great, if the Slack channel wouldn't hardly dismiss any URL that doesn't contain a Slack URL.

What I wonder, is this placed intentionally inside Ploi Core? Sounds like this is something more for Ploi itself instead of Ploi Core?

@Tim-Kleyersburg you can use the Slack notification channel type for your Mattermost instance for now :).
To do this, please head over to https://developers.mattermost.com/integrate/webhooks/incoming/ to learn more about how you can create an incoming webhook, after that copy the generated URL and paste this in the Webhook URL-field in Ploi.
Lastly add ?slack_incoming after the URL that has been generated by Mattermost, the URL now gets accepted: https://monosnap.com/file/T2IgwOSKRWSgPwnjB6bIycR1ZeCOye
