I'm using the Ploi account of my project's client, who is not technical at all. When some important actions are required (expired certificates, new server info, new support requests,..) it would be nice if a technical person could receive the e-mails and directly take action. Unless this is already configurable through notification channels, but I didn't found this option for support requests etc.

Yes, my case is similar. We are new to Ploi and still need to figure out if I can be the main account user as just a team member. For now, I am just sharing the owner's login. Later I will try to manage from my own account and then may have an idea on what is available and what is not.

But as this request is about notifications... we would like to have an option to allow a team member to receive ALL communications (except maybe billing, account deletion, etc) that would go to the account owner, and also have an option to allow the account owner to suppress many if they are not technical.
