I'm using the Ploi account of my project's client, who is not technical at all. When some important actions are required (expired certificates, new server info, new support requests,..) it would be nice if a technical person could receive the e-mails and directly take action. Unless this is already configurable through notification channels, but I didn't found this option for support requests etc.
