It would be good to be able to change the number of deployment history to store. Our codebase is large, so storing 5 sets of that is causing a lot in disk storage spread across multiple sites - all on Zero downtime deployment. So it would be good to customise this number rather than having it as dropdown.

This is actually unrelated to the number of deployments that are being kept for ZTD, that one is always fixed to 3 deployments. The number you change there, is the number of deployments Ploi should track for you.
Well either way is fine. I am not sure how it all works in Ploi but we know we are paying a lot of storage cost for this reason. So let's change the number of deployments Ploi tracks for us. We host a ton of websites on a single server and don't want to pay for unnecessary storage costs.
