Site monitoring could be able to send a certain type of request to a URL (post, get, delete, etc.)
This would actually be a quite more broad setting. Since we use notification channels, which you can use to setup notifications, we'll have to add support for that I recon so every part where you use notification channels can utilize this?
I was thinking more about monitor request - the one that checks if a site is online. I dont know what it sends right now (does it send a GET request to root domain of site and expects 200 OK response?). Thank you for your time and effort! You are the best :)
Correct, it sends a GET request and expects anything below 3xx status as valid and healthy.
